I founded Loup (short for look up) in 2017 after seeing the power of integration first hand. In 2015 I lost the largest UCaaS deal of my life do to the inability to provide integration. The deal was with On The Border HQ in Dallas, Texas and the director of catering wanted to integrate the call center with MonkeyMedia Software, a catering CRM. In 2016 I won the largest UCaaS deal of my life by providing custom integration. The deal was with the second largest phone-a-thon service in the US. Read the case study here. In 2017 I quit my job, hired six developers, and built a middle-ware software that uses APIs to connect phone systems to a variety of CRMs. Today, when someone calls a Loup customer, our software will automaticaly open a new tab in Google Chrome and search the customers CRM for the incoming caller id.
